Smt. Manju S, fascinated trainer cum social worker, is one of the key functionaries in Media Analysis and Research Center is serving as Secretary. A Post Graduate in History expresses her elevated organizational and coordination skills in coordinating overall activities of this research cum advocacy organization.

Her experience in teaching, extended from primary level to higher secondary level, helps a lot to organize various programmes and coordinate the team members effectively. The team leader hailing from a marginalized community always expresses her empathy and compassion towards the marginalized groups and fight against atrocities against them including the gender.
